Bible Study at Resurrection Lutheran Church
Adult Education is held on Sundays at 9:00 a.m. in Young Fellowship Hall.
Our studies include a variety of topics that typically last 8 to 12 weeks. Studies include books of the Bible, as well as, other topics and books of religious and cultural interest.
- Starting January 7th, Conversation on exploring the Arab/Israeli Conflict will continue. In late January, Pastor will begin an 8-session study “Introduction to Islam.” An out-of-print book accompanies the video. Used copies are available from Amazon, and other out-of-print resources. Anyone wishing to purchase the book should look for the title God Is One- The Way of Islam, by R Marston Speight. Copies have been seen as cheap as $.96 on Amazon.
Dwelling in the Word is typically held on Mondays (times and dates will be announced in the newsletter and posted on the calendar).
Dwelling in the Word is a time of biblical reflection on various biblical passages. The goal is to assist participants in listening to God’s Word and one another in hearing where God is speaking to them in daily life.
Dwelling in the Word is currently on hold due to the busy holiday season ahead of us.
